Week Bootcamp

Come and join us at FIT Bootcamp for a week and drop 1 - 2 dress sizes and see for yourself the transformation of your body shape. Whatever your age, ability or fitness level, you will achieve results to be proud of. You will look and feel sensational !!!!

Our Autumn Retreats in Plymouth are designed specifically for smaller groups of 3 to 4 people you will receive an intense, high intensity,1:1 personal training experience that will help you lose weight, tone-up, increase fitness and feel full of vitality.

What is included?

  • Your very own personal 18 week fitness schedule to take home!
  • A comprehensive recipe booklet written by our Head Chef which contains all of the dishes and more from your weeks stay with us!
  • After care advise for as long as you need it!
  • Any recipes that you would like to take home with you. Once home, we will always send you more
  • Newcastle offers the same great results in a week and is our non-residential bootcamp.
  • All food which is freshly prepared by our Head Chef plus your accommodation in our bunk barns!

What's instore during your week

Our weeks will be packed full of different fitness programmes designed to be tough physically and mentally so that by the end of the week you feel you are a long way towards achieving your goals. Each day will be different providing a varied training experience.The days start early and will include varied intensive fitness sessions throughout the day.  Circuit Training, Kettle bells, Core Training, Log Runs and Command Tasks will be an integral of your days.  You will be given adventurous Bootcamp missions which can include team  building exercises. Challenging route marches whilst taking in the beautiful scenery, combined with orienteering and learning to navigate using ordinance survey maps. 

Nutrition

Food is one of the most important parts of FIT Bootcamp as it is this that helps to fuel your body through the training.  All our food is of the highest quality and where possible locally sourced, always fresh and nutritionally balanced.  It is designed to help your body recover from each day of training and replenish your energy levels.  It is rich in nutrients and proteins and has been thoughtfully compiled to help you get the most out of the week.

What does it include?

Everything is all inclusive within the price (accommodation, food, exercise, personal plans etc) although you will need to arrange your own transport to and from the venue. Beauty treatments are also available at the retreats however, there is an extra charge for this.

The information below will provide a rough guide to the Autumn Weight Loss Retreat week’s activities.

Saturday:      Arrive late morning, early afternoon and settle into your room. Your first fitness sessions with the PTI will take place late afternoon before dinner. 

Sunday:         Bootcamp style training by the sea

Monday:        Start the day early with a Bootcamp session at 0630, followed by breakfast and more fitness training until 1600.  Rest and have dinner before an evening session at 1800.

Tuesday:       Early morning run, after breakfast enjoy a group session followed by a lovely scenic bike ride on a local trail. The evening session will begin at 1830.

Wednesday: Bootcamp session at 0630, followed by breakfast and more fitness training until 1600.  Rest and have dinner before an evening session at 1800.

Thursday:     Early morning run, and a morning session after breakfast followed by a Dartmoor Yomp in the afternoon and possible sea activity (weather dependant) later.

Friday:            0630 session followed by final standard BC sessions of the week.

Saturday:      Depart (unless you need to depart Friday evening).

    Gloucestershire

    Set in over 2.5 acres of original farm land and surrounded by a further 6 acres of a former quarry, now a nature reserve, the accommodation has various decks and seating areas from which you can enjoy stunning views over the Cotswolds and Windrush Valley. Set on a National Trust Estate, the near by woodlands and grounds are perfect for outdoor fitness training.
