Autumnal FIT Retreat in Plymouth!!
It’s the season for sitting in front of log fires, drinking red wine (or hot chocolate) and eating stew, but Autumn can really play havoc with your fitness…and weight
To help provide the ultimate motivation we are able to offer you the unique opportunity to join us for a week’s retreat rhere in Plymouth.
If you are looking for a new fitness challenge, want to lose weight before the party season starts, or are looking for a fitness retreat that is affordable and fun then this could be for you!
Not only will it include morning runs, circuit training, kettlebells, weight bars, power circuits and boxing we will also incorporate Dartmoor challenges, swimming in the sound and bike rides along the Plym Valley Trial – weather depending of course.
As well as your fitness we will be providing healthy, nutritional meals cooked on the day using fresh, locally sourced produce. Everything you eat will give you the right energy to fuel your body for the week – making you get the most out of the retreat.
