Saltash Daily Bootcamp - free weeks pass

Working in partnership with Groundwork to offer an alternative type of fitness at their fantastic venue, Saltmill All Weather pitch.  We run three 0930 classes a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These are perfect for the busy Mum (but not exclusive). Drop the children at school and come and get fit, all before lunch.  We also run 3 evening sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and a Saturday morning session. The Saltmill ground is  a safe environment and so your family could join you.

Not 'just for Women'

Our weeks aren't just for women. Men that attend achieve outstanding results in fitness, weight loss and inch loss. Our average loss in a week for men is 18lbs and 26". Although more women join us, helping men to achieve their goals is just as important to us.

Hitting 50

The world is changing. Men are becoming fathers for the first time in their 40's and 50's and there is much more importance on being fit. Our oldest Bootcamp member is in his 70's and competes in race walking world-wide. He is still a British Champion. There is evidence that keeping fit and eating healthily helps prevent many diseases and illnesses associated with old age. 50 is the new 40 and as I am fast approaching it, realise the importance of being fit. Our youth is taken for granted. It is never too late to become active and fit. Sheila joined us for a weeks intense Bootcamp aged 74 having never run in her life. She excelled all week, achieved fantastic results and even ran! And all with a smile. She wanted to enjoy life with her grandchildren and join her husband on his epic walks.   On our last Bootcamp husband and wife team, Douglas and Christine, both in their 60's wanted to use a week at bootcamp as their pre London Marathon training. They were incredibly focused and worked incredibly hard and achieved the results they wanted. They left as fit as a fit 40 year old! Maybe 50 is the new 30! A week with us can help turn back the years.

More parks for Daily Bootcamp in Plymouth

Lunchtime blasts and post work sessions are now being held in Royal William Yard. This beautiful historical part of Plymouth offers a great training area. With over 300 people now living in the Yard and 600 working there, it is the perfect place to offer 'bootcamp' at home and work! 6 restaurants and a super wine bar mean 'guilt free' socialising.

Jubilee Results

Another bootcamp completed and yet another week of amazing results.  An average loss this week of 8.8lbs and 13".  It was like a summer holiday this week with the best of the British Sun Shine. Well done everyone for an amazing effort and a 'can do' attitude all week.

April Bootcamp

If you want to get the best results from a Bootcamp, you should book our next available week which is 13th April.  We are extremely competitively priced but that does not mean standards are lower.  They are higher.  One lady from our last bootcamp had completed 7 other Bootcamps before coming to FIT Bootcamp.  She voted us her No1.  Our average loss is currently 17.5" and 8.8lbs.  This is the equivalent of an average drop from a size 16 to a 10! Male Bootcamp - Brilliant Results

We receive many enquiries from Males about attending our Bootcamp.  Many are too nervous to book or think we only cater for women as our website consists of many photographs of women.  Our website is predominantly full of these photographs but this is because they are less camera shy and 'public' camera shy.

18.5" Loss Average

18.5" loss from the last Bootcamp.  This shows that high intensity energy and resistance training works.  Results passed onto us since the Bootcamp is that they have continued to loss weight and even more inches.  Their effort was all worthwhile.  Well done.
