Fitness at FIT Bootcamp

At FIT Bootcamp the activities undertaken are designed to stimulate and challenge the body's systems. They are varied and intense and the aim is to increase muscle tone and stimulate the metabolism causing it to burn calories, lots of calories! The training will improve strength and aerobic fitness as well as give each person a great sense of achievement and increased self confidence.

Our training sessions will challenge each person both physically and psychologically enabling every FIT Bootcamper to realise that their body is capable of being pushed much more than they think. It is not only challenging and effective but also adaptable so that everyone has the same level of benefit no matter what your base level of fitness.
